Have any of you successfully figured out a subscription model if you want to offer digital support on a product?
I've looked at other sides such as wordpress support focused ones (e.g. WordPress Support Pricing Starts from $49/hour | Get a WordPress Support Plan for your Website) and it appears they have several different billing options but I'm thinking you can't have nearly this many options unless you have several people on staff...
