Signed a lease on a shop (Service Shop in the Auto Industry)

I been putting off this thread for a while already. All though I do keep a diary on this business journey, ideas, issues and solutions that comes along mostly everything gets documented in it. It would be nice to also have an execution thread here in TFLF.

If you go back to a few of my threads I have started in the past, none of them got completely followed through till the end. All of them were ideas that I started and gave up along the way. Ever since my last thread here, I have gone...

Habits to go ALL-IN on learning something new everyday and helping people.

Hello everyone. I've been reading ATOMIC HABITS for the second time, and I'm curious as to how it might help with building relationships, growing a business or just helping people. Are there any habits or routines that might be helpful in any of the above scenarios? I currently am implementing a habit starting today. I tend to use my phone a lot when I'm freshening up and getting ready for work in the morning. I've decided to reply to at least one thread on reddit/answer one question on...

Silver Spoon with a terrible taste.

Hey Guys,

While I have been blessed in my life with great parents the life hasn't been all that sweet. And todays story has been motivated by another gut wrenching blow, but on that more shortly.

I come from a little known country Latvia located in Eastern Europe where the rough weathers, corruption, gangs and what not have thought me to be street-smart and sometimes bold in my actions. Most of my childhood has been supported by a single bloody hard working mother that have thought me what...

Hello FLF

Getting ready here to start a journey building my fastlane. I have a few ideas on what I want to do, but cannot decide between them. I recently watched a video published by MJ on YouTube called "How to go from flat-broke to filthy-rich". It was a very practical video and I was just wondering how to apply this to my own life. I'm a 18 year old guy from Sweden and I'm just about to finish high-school. How would you spend this money?

Hey guys!

A friend of mine introduced me to an exercise, that is somehow connected to our subconscious mind and financial goals. It all makes sense, let me introduce the concept briefly:

Every day you have to spend 2x more money, you spent the day before, so the first day is: 1000$, the second day: 2000$, third: 4000$... and the last one is 512 000$. The trick is - you have to know EXACTLY what you will spend your money on(f.e: not "a sportscar", but - "Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6") with the...

The Productocracy: How To Print Money (Legally!)

Excerpt From: MJ DeMarco. “UNSCRIPTED: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Entrepreneurship.”

Sprinkled throughout the Phoenix area is a quaint little pizza chain called Oregano’s Pizza Bistro. Each location is branded identically in an odd combination of Western rustic and mid-century retro. What are the biggest categories in online marketing?

Good evening.

I ran across a photo on my phone stating the seven major categories are:

  1. Search Engine Optimization
  2. Search Engine Marketing
  3. Content Marketing
  4. Social Media Marketing
  5. Pay-Per-Click Advertising
  6. Affiliate Marketing
  7. Email Marketing
I'm in the process of learning such about online marketing. Does this list above seem accurate or is it missing something.

Hi all
So as many of you know I have a tech startup that if it get executed and built right , might be a multi million worth. But I was and still in my 9 to 5 job , beside my limited experience in entrepreneurship, and my high talk to do ratio tendency I decided to get a mentor.
The first mentor seem good on paper whoever he wasnt competent and didn't add anything to my knowledge. So I dumped him and ask the org to assign another one, this one was gold , he is already fastlaner with two...

The college-student who was about graduating, said to an old lawyer:

"The basement is much crowded, but there is plenty of room up-stairs," was the witty and truthful reply.

No profession, trade, or calling, is overcrowded in the upper story. Wherever you find the most honest and intelligent merchant or banker, or the best lawyer, the best doctor, the best clergyman, the best shoemaker, carpenter, or...

Anyone involved in Worldwide Dream Builders/Amway?

I'm being recruited and going to speeches of apparent rich people who got rich off the business. There seems to be a big draw for this business in the area. I was at an event at the Convention Center the other day and there was a MASSIVE amount of people. Then I went to this thing at Hilton hotel and again, MASSIVE.

I'll name drop speakers I have seen for reference: Mike, Matt Nguyen, and Brad Duncan. These guys are financially successful from the business.

Any BJJ folks on here?

I looked but didn't see any threads on here about folks learning jiu jitsu/bjj so I thought I'd start one.

I've been an athlete my entire life, and took up martial arts in college (Aikido). Loved learning it, but something was missing...(it's an entirely defensive martial art, and an archaic one, also, in terms of self-defense).

Then I got married...and stopped doing martial arts while we raised two boys together.

Whilst working on side hustles that dont make money yet, just remember we are along way a head of those not trying.

If i didn't want to work for an employer in the typical 9-5 job, why have I been doing so since 16? Fear, false evidence appearing real.

I’ve been pondering about my view that business as a whole is easy, it’s fighting your internal battles while building a successful company that’s hard.
