I want to learn something about the requirements for selling and manufacturing soap with an ingredient that is somewhat regulated. I want to manufacture a batch and try to sell it to get some proof of concept. I can learn to make soap or have someone else do it for me, but putting the chemical in it seems the hard part with the necessary labeling. How would you start about making a medicated soap?
