I've been having EDDM mailers designed, on Fiverr, for the past few months. The work I've been getting back has been hot or miss. Some designs are great while others, not so much.
In particular, what I've noticed is the lower the price, the higher the quality. The higher the price the lower the quality. And, the more difficult it is to get quality designs.
It seems the opposite of what you would expect. But many of the designs I get back, mostly for the higher priced jobs, I probably could...
