I've read the book and started seeing opportunities to solve customer problems in my current job, rather than just fighting to make a sale. Would it be a wise idea to use my day job as practicing grounds for solving fleet maintenance issues and putting everything I've learned in the book to test by piggybacking on my employers products and resources?
