Countries can be so economically different yet just feet apart. The same with class anywhere. What I propose is sharing "know how" across these borders. That's real education. For example, person in country A contacts manufacturer B and gets pricing X on goods. Person A then contacts company C, D, E, etc., anywhere in the world and takes orders for the goods at X + profit.. This works. I know because I have done it.
