As the title states, how many of you are trying to build a company to simply be acquired by a larger one and why? Second, how many of you have built successful businesses and are now looking to exit and retire and why? Also, post acquisition or sale, are you planning on building something else up again? Are you running into any issues achieving these ends? Flaking by potential buyers, not finding the right type of buyers or not finding the best place to put it up for sale?
