I see 'office politics' mentioned several times around here recently.
I guess a good portion of us are still in the slowlane and having completely successfully made the shift yet, so we still need to deal with this sh*t.
I have some really, really ugly stories that I may, eventually, share. But I'm not comfortable with sharing too much detail yet seeing that I'm still slowlane.

How do you personally deal with people who enjoy making all your mistakes known to the boss...
