One of my contacts, JangaFX, turned me onto this. I'm a 10 year FF/Paramedic and after years of frustration with the lack of offerings, decided to develop my own solution to our training problems. I've also found that traditional business rules don't seem to apply anymore, what I have read so far resonates with the lessons I've discovered the hard way. I look forward to finishing the TFM.
