Has anyone used the service ProxyPics? I tested them out today and placed 10 addresses that were in about a 50 mile radius and not close to each other to get eyes on the property. I placed the order at $40 a pop and got results I wanted back within like 4 hours.
Guess they also have some automated value with comps too. And I can check out each comp with interior feeds too. And they also have a staff to do it.
Has anyone had success with them before I ask them to make me specific templates...
