Looking for a chair for comfortably sitting long work hours. Any recommendations?

Hi fellow fastlaners,

I'm sitting long hours at the computer almost every day.

Do you have any recommendations about the type of chair to choose?
Or advice as to which features to look for, what to avoid etc.?

I'd like to be comfortable, but also sit in as healthy manner as possible.
