Had to stop doing pilates because of the stay at home orders (and a general desire to not get sick). Started doing yoga again with Down Dog | Great Yoga Anywhere - just a couple days in and my wife and I feel better already. If you aren't already doing yoga consider starting - Down Dog is free until May 1. End PSA.
