EDIT: Just watched/listened to it. Great stuff as expected.

Example: Someone asked if/when they should chase up on people who owe them money. Blaise's response (paraphrased) was that:

1. The crying child gets the milk.
2. It's your money, just in the wrong account.
3. Don't be apologetic.
