First post here.......and a taste of my first 'success'

hello TFLF,

Late thirties slowlaner and I was working till January of this year when things came to a sudden halt.

I was working in pharmaceutical distribution, slaving 10 hours / day. In January my company released its performance - increasing revenues and profits! Great! I thought, and glad to be a part of the organisation. But then came a bombshell: to "streamline and optimise" the business for effective performance (whatever that means), the management decided to do a restructuring....
