Hey all!
So this is the first time someone wants to bill me for my hobby.
I have a pretty big interest in language learning, and someone in the family wants to hire me to do cold calls in Spanish to recruit people for a taco festival they're holding.
I'm a big advocate of pricing by value instead of pricing by time. But I have no basis of knowing how costly this work usually is!
We're meeting on Thursday to discuss pay. How do I work to find what my value add is - and where to price...
