Hi guys. Im looking for tips on how to help improve my company. Its very small currently and looking for ways to get new customers. Basically myself and another guy check what peoples former employers are saying about them in their job references.

We are currently advertising on facebook, google ads and linkedin ads, we are having a few customers but not enough to be worth while after removing costs of the CPC's....
