Everyday on rowing machine too much?

Rowing machines are a popular full-body workout. Benefits rowing machine are Weight loss, Improve cardio, Easy to use, Tone muscle & Reduce stress. I've been working on a rowing machine, and seems to be a kind of heart worker, but resistance can be very difficult. I've been doing 2000-4500 meters almost every day and it usually takes 8-20 minutes for me. I'm also taking proteins and trying to eat as much as you can....
