I've recently seen a lot of similar video ads posts on my Facebook timeline. They all promote some simple products selling around $10. I took a screenshot of one attached.
When I click to shop now, it will take me to a Shopify website with loads of pictures on the left and a fake stock and time counter on the right. It all looks quite dodgy.
