I had a new hire training yesterday for new staff (obviously) and a promotion for a long-term employee who's climbing the ladder to success and growing within the company. The employee, who's been with me for almost 6 years now, gave me compliments left and right for the way in which I manage the company and respect my staff and clients. Not trying to toot my own horn here as I do NOT like being in the spotlight and I shy away from and poo-poo compliments as I don't like to get all mushy...
