One thing would be the entrepreneur would have to develop effective strategic skill, execution skill, and capability. Pick a promising opportunity that they are also a higher level competitor in. Use a strategy, and execution where they can dramatically improve the value proposition and business model/organization to increase their odds (from that industry's average 30% for instance to a higher 50% average) .
