Admitting something here. I am EXTREMELY hard on myself. For YEARS, think about my relationship with myself as someone who's dad never told them they were proud of them. (mine did, this is just an example) I always expected more out of myself, which is great for a life of higher achievement and piling stuff on, but man did it drag on me at some point. I always want CONSTANT improvement. I always want to be moving the football down the field. I still have major tendencies in this department...
