I received an email from an executive in my industry and they told me they have a system that was used to turn plastic bottles into near virgin grade plastic flakes. The annual capacity is 100 million lbs.. The system was used for some years but then shut down. It is now for sale and can be moved to any US location. Estimated cost new was $10 million. If anyone can find a buyer and that buyer pays at least $5 million for the system I can arrange to pay a commission of $1 million.
