Disrupting bad habits.

Quick way to disrupt bad habits.

Change the order.

Example.

I use to have a bad process for work.

I changed where I parked.

I created an entire system for how I park and walk from my car to inside where I work and then the entire process for what I do once I'm at work.

It's effective.
