I am Simon from Slovenia. I am 26 and currently working as a head brewer in our local craft brewery.
Right before covid-19 hit my country I was close to open a roof-top restaurant. Few days later I would sign for subvention and for 400.000€ debt to buy, finish and equip facility for restaurant.
I decided than to wait for pandemic to be over as it was not sure when the bars and restaurants could reopen so 400.000 debt and not being able to work was not a pleasant thought.
