Dealing with loneliness as an entrepreneur.

I am starting this thread in hopes to get some practical advice about the following:
How does one working for himself from home deal with loneliness?

When I stay home all day and work - I feel literally dead inside by the end of the day.

How do you manage your social life? Do you schedule activities with friends on certain days?
How do you meet new people if literally all the work you do is online?

I have friends that I meet once-twice a month, but that isn't really enough.
