Hey guys. I just flew in yesterday to Phoenix, and I’m staying in Fountain Hills. Out here for a couple months to take care of my mom through radiation therapy. I know a lot of you are familiar with the area. I noticed, especially in Fountain Hills/ Scottsdale, there are so many huge villas, nice cars etc. I was curious if there is a main industry or niche all these people are banking on, or is it just a nice place to move after wealth accumulation?
