Employee engagement and motivation

Studies have shown that employees who feel Engaged, Recognized, and Appreciated work harder, produce higher quality work, take fewer days off, are happy, and are less likely to quit. On the flip side, employees who are unhappy and demotivated feel little incentive to put much effort into any task, take more days off than happy employees, come in late, and are more likely to quit.
