Hey Fastlane Fam!
I'm going to renew my commitment to fitness and losing some extra pounds, it's been largely affected by running the business. I know HOW to lose weight obviously and the basics of how to achieve goals, creating habits, etc. However have had largely a motivational issue - at the end of a long day working on the business it doesn't feel that bad having a couple beers or eating a bad meal. I do fine until basically after 4PM, and weekends.
