I work as a buyer in my day job. One thing I have noticed is a lot of companies do not put an email on their website. Some want you to fill out a form. But I don't want to fill out a form, I want to click on your email and fill out my inquiry as an email through Outlook that has all my company details in my signature. If you force me to use a form I will leave your website and not send you an inquiry.
